These Terms govern your use of IELTS Writing Checker ("the App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to them.
The App lets you submit Writing Task 1 and Task 2 essays and receive an AI-generated band score across the four official IELTS writing criteria, plus feedback on specific errors and suggestions for improvement.
You need an account (via email/phone verification or Google Sign-In) to use the App. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You retain ownership of the essays you write. By submitting an essay, you allow us to process it (including sending it to our AI provider) solely to generate your assessment and to store it in your account history so you can review it later.
We calibrate the App's scoring against official IELTS band descriptors and real examiner-scored sample essays, and we work to keep it accurate. However, AI-generated scores are estimates, not guarantees — they may differ from a score you'd receive in an official IELTS exam. Do not rely on the App as your sole indicator of exam readiness.
You agree not to: abuse or attempt to circumvent the App's credit or rate-limiting systems; submit content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes others' rights; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell access to the App; or use automated tools to submit essays at a volume inconsistent with normal individual study use.
You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including abusive use of free trial credits or the assessment system.
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including exam outcomes based on your use of the App's feedback.
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
