Free without paying anything: writing and saving essays, browsing the practice task library with model answers, and reviewing every assessment you have already had. Credits are only spent when you ask for an essay to be assessed.
Questions
Do credits expire?
No. A credit stays on your account until you spend it, including credits from a Pro month you did not fully use — unused credits roll over rather than resetting.
What does one credit actually buy?
A full assessment of one essay: an overall band score, a score for each of the four official criteria, every error identified with an explanation and a correction, and a summary of what to change to reach your target band.
Can I cancel Pro?
Any time, from the store you subscribed through. Cancelling stops future renewals; credits already granted stay on your account.
How do I pay?
On Android, through Google Play. On the web, by card through Polar, which acts as the Merchant of Record and handles VAT. See the refund policy for how refunds work.
